General and important information

The manual describes the market specific functions of the fiskaltrust.Portal for France. Also note that there exists a manual for the general functions, which describes all the non-market fixed commands.

The individual pages described are sometimes called up with a delay of up to 60 seconds. This is due to the fact that some very complex processes, such as a database search or querying external services, are carried out in the background.

Please note the following information when using our support. This enables us to process your inquiry as quickly and completely as possible.

fiskaltrust exclusively provides technical support for cash register manufacturers (hereinafter referred to as PosCreators). Each PosDealer and/or PosCreator is responsible to offer appropriate support for their own customers.

The PosCreator and fiskaltrust assure each other of mutual support at least to the same extent and quality as this support is also assured to the respective customers within the framework of the user contracts.

Before contacting our support personally please read the information available on our website in advance.

  • Frequently asked questions:
  • The existing knowledge base can be searched for articles and further information directly in the fiskaltrust.Portal. Please enter the searched information at the top of the page in the Search... area and start the search with pressing ENTER.

The support offered by fiskaltrust includes:

  • Acceptance of inquiries (electronically or by telephone)
  • Qualified fault processing in our own area of responsibility
  • Forwarding of more complex problems to downstream support units of fiskaltrust

The PosCreator and/or PosDealer is responsible for the installation, configuration and integration of the fiskaltrust.Service and additional security devices. fiskaltrust does not know the individual configuration of the respective cash register and only offers the SecurityMechanism and additional features to this. If there are any questions about the POS-System itself or the configuration please contact your vendor.

To purchase the fiskaltrust.Products:

  • First point of sales is your vendor
  • The webshop integrated in the fiskaltrust.Portal
    • Payments are possible with SlimPay, SEPA payment
    • Credit card or bank transfers can be used with SlimPay
