Portal Registration

The fiskaltrust.Portal is a web-based application that provides everything you need to manage the configuration and operation of your POS systems.

The Portal works with all standard web browsers. If content does not display correctly or a feature is missing or not working as expected, switch to the latest version of Google Chrome for the best experience.

There are two separate instances of the fiskaltrust.Portal:

  • Live - Production environment
  • Sandbox - Testing and development environment

The Portal URL depends on the country you operate in. Use the instance that matches your market:

Important notes:

  • Register in the Live Portal to receive support: Free support from fiskaltrust is only available to accounts registered in the Live Portal.
  • Never test in the Live Portal: Run all testing and development activities in the Sandbox Portal.
  • Sandbox Portal registration: A separate registration is required to use the Sandbox Portal. Sandbox accounts do not qualify for official support.

Registration Steps​

The registration steps are the same for both the Live and Sandbox Portals:

  1. Fill out the registration form with all required information.
  2. Confirm your email address.
  3. Sign the cooperation agreement to finalize your registration.

Company Data and Cooperation Agreement​

After completing portal registration, you are prompted to select your role. Select PosCreator and sign the cooperation agreement by entering your name in the input field provided. If you also act as a PosDealer, select that role as well.

Registering in the Live fiskaltrust.Portal and digitally signing the cooperation agreement entitles you to free support for setup and onboarding questions.

Getting Support​

fiskaltrust provides support per market, through the local Customer Success Team for each country where fiskaltrust operates. There is no central international support address.

To find the support contact for your country:

  1. Open the fiskaltrust contact page.
  2. Select your market from the country selector in the top-right corner. It shows European Union by default.
  3. Use the address listed under Get Support on your market's page.

Support is tied to the portal contract you signed. You are eligible for support in the role you registered for in the Live Portal — as a PosCreator, as a PosDealer, or both.
